Havila Partners becomes Havila Properties and Investments. An initial tranche of €10m convertible bonds (+ €5m greenshoe) is issued to family offices who plan to subscribe to two further equivalent tranches in the coming months.


Pierre Louis Amancic, Senior Advisor, remains the representative of Eques Finance at Havila Properties and Investments.
